TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
First Group: First have bus depots all over the country and also recruit trainee bus drivers. They train and put you through you bus test, although only an automatic licence its still worth it, they also pay you during training. They are also always have vacancies for bus drivers who have already obtained theyre licence.

TRAINING CENTRES
Clearstone: Clearstone offers training in LGV/HGV and can also help you find work. They can also obtain finance for your training if needed, if you have been unemployed for 6 months or more they could also get you funding. They have offices and training centres nationwide.

Ritchies
HGV Training Centre:
Ritchies provides training for LGV.HGV, PCV, ADR, LIFTTRUCK, DGSA, PLANT,
CRANE and can arrange a CPC exam for you. Based 5 minutes from Glasgow
city centre Ritchie's can also provide accomodation in theyre own purpose
built facility nearby.

SCOTTISH DRIVER TRAINING: Located in Kinross, Fife but theyre vehicles operate from Cowdenbeath. Offers training courses for LGV, HGV and PCV. The 5 day LGV course costs £700, 4 days cost £681.66 and 3 days cost £537.73.
